What does each platform keep?
On Airbnb, hosts on the host-only fee pay 15.5% plus VAT. Booking.com takes about 15% plus VAT. Ostal uses the rate of every platform you connect and checks it against each payout.
Can Ostal change my prices without asking?
Only if you choose Automatic. By default every change waits for your ok, and prices never go below the floor you set.
Does it change nights already booked?
No. A booked night keeps the price the guest paid.
Is pricing in the free plan?
Yes. Free is the whole product, for up to 3 bookings handled each month.
