Co-hosts and owners
Manage your co-hosts and co-owners in one app
Everyone sees the same calendar, and each task goes to whoever is in charge: week by week, by topic, by place or by stay. Money changes wait for every owner, and every action is in the log.
Founder price: €19 a month for life for the first 100 hosts on the list.

Several people, one place, no rules
What co-hosting looks like when everyone has the same apps open.
Who answers the guest?
Three co-hosts get the same notification: two reply, or nobody does.
Duty decided in a group chat
Who is on duty this week is settled in a thread, then forgotten.
Money settled on trust
The earnings split lives in someone’s spreadsheet, and changing it starts a discussion.
How Ostal works for a team
One calendar for everyone, tasks for whoever is in charge, and a record of who did what.

The right role for each person
Owner, manager, co-host or viewer, place by place. Co-hosts are free: Ostal is priced per place, not per person.

Money changes every owner agrees on
The earnings split shows in insights, after costs. Changing it waits until every owner has agreed.

Who did what, with undo
Every action, by a person, by Ostal on its own or through Claude, is in the activity log, with undo where it makes sense.
Questions
Do co-hosts pay?
No. Co-hosts and cleaners are always free; the subscription is per place.
Do co-hosts need my Airbnb or Booking.com login?
No. One person connects the platforms; everyone else works in Ostal.
Does it work with a property manager?
Yes. Give them the Manager role: they run the place day to day, and the owner sees the calendar, earnings and monthly statements.
How do we avoid answering a guest twice?
When someone takes a task, the others see who is on it.
